Technology Summary

Our application utilizes the Google Gemini Large Language Model (LLM) to process video frames and provide real-time biomechanical feedback on baseball and softball actions. When you upload a video for analysis, our system uses the AI model to process that video and generate a structured report about your mechanics, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Human Oversight

While the initial analysis is generated by AI, our training library and drill recommendations are curated by human coaches with professional baseball and softball experience. The AI provides the initial data-driven breakdown, which is then contextualized by a library of human-vetted drills and exercises.

Data Handling

Videos uploaded for analysis are processed via Google's secure API. Precision Baseball Analytics does not use your personal training videos to train secondary AI models. Your data is handled in accordance with Google’s AI data privacy standards.

Opt-Out Rights

Use of the AI-powered video analysis tools is optional. Users may choose to use our manual training library, video comparison tools, and other features of the application without submitting any video for AI analysis.
